Steampunk Goggles

I made this pair of goggles for a friend of mine. We are going to make another photo-shooting in summer, which is planned to be more Jules Verne/Steampunk inspired. So here is one little costume-detail.

I framed a pair of safety-goggle-glasses with aluminum sheet and sewed it on a padding-bulge. The buttons are screw caps, and the cogwheel is out of a "Tipp-ex-roller", everything painted rusty, ...voilà!
