Laurie Lipton is not only a exceptionally gifted drawer, who creates extremely detailed universes with a stunning play with depth, inbetween light and shadow, but also her issues are remarkable. She pulls out all those personal, secret issues we try to ignore: our fears, our ignorance, our cruelty, our passivity.
