Ruth St Denis, 1964
Ruth St Denis (1879-1968) is one of the pioneers of American Dance. She became famous with her amazing interpretations of Indian or Egypt dances, which was very popular in the beginning of last century. Until her death in 1968 she explored dance as an universal spiritual expression.

Stunning creations by the Chinese fashion-designer Guo Pei. She is a design-star in China. She was f.e. responsible for some of the costumes for the Olympic Games in Beijing 2008. Her style oscillates in between Asian taste of glamour with waterfalls of rhinestones, rich colors and opulent embroidery, and western art of couture and pattern-making.
